Capture
The track collector watches the timing feed and stores each printed slip as structured run data.
Captured timing slips for racers and tracks
The Racer Pit turns printed timing slips into private racer accounts, phone-ready run history, Pro stats, parts tracking, sponsor placements, and admin tools built for race-day operations.
How it works
Digital Time Slips keeps the timing slip as the source of truth, then matches captured runs to racer numbers so racers, staff, and sponsors get useful views without changing race-day timing habits.
The track collector watches the timing feed and stores each printed slip as structured run data.
New slips are pushed to the hosted site so racer accounts can access the latest available runs.
Racer numbers connect slips to the right private Racer Pit account after verification.
Pro stats, packages, intervals, parts counts, and leaderboards are read from prepared data.
For racers
Racers can sign in, view matched slips by date, read admin messages, and open the full receipt-style timing slip from any run row.
Review time slips by race date, click any run to open the captured slip, and keep the racer number visible beside each page heading.
The run view stays monospaced and receipt-like, with the timing body between the captured header and footer.
Track messages blink red until read, then stay green after the racer opens the MSG popup.
Pro features
The Pro plan adds tools for diagnosing runs, comparing lanes, tracking equipment life, practicing reaction time, and drilling into the exact slip behind the number.
Filter by single date, date range, season, or all slips. View wins by left/right lane, best reaction time, ET, MPH, 1000-foot data, intervals, and Best Package when a qualifying winner exists.
Track runs on tires, engines, oil, transmissions, or any other part. Reset counters, revert accidental resets, and keep notes on both the part and each reset-history line.
Run a Pro-only Full Tree or Pro Tree, set roll out and delay, keep Test Mode separate, and compare racer-number-only averages across 20, 50, and 100-hit leaderboards.
Practice Tree
Practice Tree gives racers a clean mobile tree with Run Mode for recorded monthly averages and Test Mode for dialing in settings without affecting the leaderboard.
For tracks and administrators
The admin side is split into focused sections, so staff can manage the site without scrolling through one long page.
Send a site-wide message that appears on racer web pages through the MSG indicator.
Manage sponsor images, links, placements, dashboard banners, home banners, and splash ads from the back office.
View the Top 10 Best Packages and .0000 reaction winners by selected period, with clickable rows that open the timing slip.
Feature tour
The tour walks through capture, matching, racer dashboards, Pro tools, sponsor and message management, and the cached calculations that keep views fast on race day.
Plans
Plan access controls which menu buttons and app features appear after sign-in.
Manuals
The manuals cover account setup, the racer dashboard, Pro Stats, Pro Parts, Pro Practice Tree, sponsor management, messages, package leaderboards, and account administration.
